Torre Valentina Beach

 

 

Torre Valentina beach is a wide beach that occupies the southern third of the bay of Sant Antoni de Calonge by the stream, typical Mediterranean promenade broad and pleasant ride.

 

The tower is named after the beach is a medieval tower s. XV-XVI, approximately. It was part of a defense system that was established in Calonge to combat piracy.

With the modern development of the area has become a center of high quality bathroom which makes it an ideal beach for families with children. In summer we host sports, beach soccer, ski-bus, water-skiing and sailing.

 

It is a Blue Flag beach, with distinction thematic breakdown of architectural barriers and care for people with disabilities, ADEAC award from the Sea of Blue Flag beaches.
